At Newcomy, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for services purchased through Newcomy.
1. Service-Based Business
As a service-based business, Newcomy delivers custom, project-specific work tailored to each client's requirements. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally considered final once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has commenced, you may do so by providing written notice to zahri8769@gmail.com. In such cases, any deposit paid may be fully or partially refunded depending on the administrative work already completed.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, fees will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. These charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the agreed project fee. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
4. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Work
If you are dissatisfied with the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zahri8769@gmail.com. We will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion, based on the circumstances and work completed.
5. Ongoing Service Agreements
For monthly retainer or ongoing service agreements, cancellation may be made by providing 30 days written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. Fees already paid beyond the notice period will be refunded.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Third-party software, platform fees, or tools purchased on your behalf
- Domain registration or hosting fees
- Paid advertising spend deployed on your behalf
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or initiate a cancellation, please email zahri8769@gmail.com with your name, project details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
