After an initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal based on your specific needs. For certain long-term service agreements, a fee based on a percentage of total sales may be applicable.

What platforms do you work with?

We specialise in Shopify and integrate with payment systems including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. We also work with a range of digital marketing and analytics platforms.

How long does it take to build a website?

Project timelines depend on complexity and scope. A standard ecommerce website typically takes 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. More complex projects may take longer. We always provide a clear timeline estimate before starting work.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. We offer website management and operational support as ongoing services. We can manage your store post-launch on a retainer basis, handling everything from content updates to performance monitoring.

Do you work with businesses outside Thailand?

Absolutely. While we are based in Bangkok, Thailand, we work with clients internationally. All of our services are delivered remotely, so your location is not a barrier to working with us.
